The Party
I had to get married in this spot. It was calling my name! My sister and I used to play here all the time when we were younger, so the fact that I got to marry the love of my life in this spot just makes it 10x more special.
Megan, my florist did the most amazing job on the floral arches for the ceremony.
Looking at them could just make me cry because they’re so beautiful!
My wedding party walked down to Everywhere by Fleetwood Mac. I walked down to Before You by Benson Boone.
The ceremony was only 30 minutes. Our officiant talked about our love story and how we met. He also made a point to mention my sister that passed which was very special to me.
I had a bouquet of flowers that was supposed to be on a chair for her, but they didn’t make it to the chair (sh*t happens). Instead, I set my bouquet down in the chair for her in remembrance.
We also forgot to give our niece her flower hoop! It’s totally okay though, the kids were so cute walking down the aisle together!
