It’s funny.. growing up I hated my middle name, Frances, and now I’m using it as my business name! My REAL name is Emma Pasteris, but a lot of you know me as Emma Fran or Emma Fran Events!

Growing up, I grew up on my family’s horse farm, and yes, I rode horses growing up! My family still raises horses on our farm, but we now host weddings and other events on our property, too. I never thought I would end up in the wedding business, but it makes sense that I did!

I’ve always been a girlie tomboy. I played sports growing up, rode ATVs around my farm, I was always into fashion, I was always bold with my makeup & hair, I loved flowers, music, throwing parties (sorry mom and dad), and being creative.

In high school I was really into floral design and ended up going into college for Agriculture because of that! I graduated with a degree in Agriculture Communication in December 2019, right when Covid graced us with her beauty. (If you couldn’t tell I am very sarcastic lol.)

Since Covid was so kind and shut the world down, it was really hard for me to find a job. That’s when my parents asked me to join their business full time. I had already been helping them for a few years part time with social media, creating their website, scheduling, and marketing for them. Now they wanted me to become a wedding planner and business partner.

Fast forward 6 years later, I am a full time wedding planner and business partner! It was the best decision I ever made in my life!
